Holiday Office Party Style

Hi friends, I am back to discuss the ins and out of Holiday Party styling and how you can find the latest jewelry and accessory designs either in person at Noellery in Jersey City and Hoboken, or 24/7 online.

Living in the Tri-State NY area, the start of December also means the launch of holiday parties. I’m sure I’m not the first person to ponder how to make a successful transition from office attire to holiday party style. Seeking a solution to this annual conundrum, I headed to a company holiday party hosted by my former NYU professor, David Eyzenberg, in Midtown Manhattan. I had worn my usual black pants and J Mclaughlin top to the office, so I threw on my sparkly Noellery bracelet and earrings for a dash of holiday spirit.

Networking is the life blood of the commercial real estate industry and I was pleased to see a lot of familiar faces from grad school as well as interesting new people to chat with. One of the first people I ran into was the beautiful Elena with her gorgeous blonde hair and elegant outfit. She was wearing a long sleeve black turtleneck top with a plaid skirt and playful, large silver hoop earrings available at Noellery. She also has a Chanel handbag, one of the many new items you can also pick up at Noellery.

Making a good impression at a holiday office party means keeping it simple and not going overboard with cleavage, leather pants, or other daring looks. We can save that for New Year’s Eve 😊. Adding some fun accessories and red lipstick are always appropriate holiday party looks.

After seeing Elena, I headed to the bar and ran into another former classmate Grace Ma. She was stylish and elegant from head to toe with a faux fur scarf and spectacular gemstone earrings. Turns out she saw these earrings being worn by Amal Clooney in a magazine and had to have them.

If you are looking for gemstone earrings like these, Noellery has many gorgeous versions in almost every color palette you can think of. Grace also wore a gold cocktail ring, which drew attention to her professional manicure. From another angle, I saw her long black and silver Chanel necklace. Don’t you love it? Who doesn’t want to network with her?

Speaking of meeting new people, Hanya was nice enough to let me interrupt long enough to snap a photo of her look.

Her dress is holiday red with a very original cut. It reminds me of origami with those defined edges. She had her long hair tied back to show off the most amazing long brilliant blue tassel earrings. Statement earrings like these are real head turners and a way to show off your personality without making a fashion party foul.

Another classy lady effortlessly pulling off the office to holiday party look was Anastasia, pictured below, who works for Eyzenberg and Company. She was dressed in a beautiful black sheath dress with a silver bangle and jewel encrusted earrings. I just love the vintage-baroque look of those earrings. Find some for yourself at Noellery!

The red lip looks great with her porcelain skin and matching manicure. She looks like she can do Excel and also be fun to talk with-- just the vibe we all want to achieve at a holiday party.

Finally, while chatting with some colleagues, I spied this anonymous woman wearing a really fabulous form fitting black pencil skirt with a black mock turtleneck. You can see she added some sparkle with a crystal encrusted hair barrette, teardrop gold earrings, and a handbag.

So, whatever you are celebrating this December, be it Christmas, Hanukah, Kwanza or Festivus, you now have some creative and classy ideas for hitting the office holiday party circuit this year. Make sure to shop at Noellery for all of the latest jewelry and accessories to dazzle your colleagues and put some sparkle in your step.

xoxo, Sally J.
