SHIPPING + PICKUP

Yes! All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchange. Shipping for international orders vary by weight and destination, and you will be notified of the charge upon check out.
Note that all prices on Noellery.com are listed in U.S. dollars and currency exchange rates fluctuate daily. Please directly contact your credit card issuer to determine the prevalent exchange rate in addition to any other fees such as tariffs and duties that may be incurred for international orders. All fees are to be paid by the customer at the delivery time. If you are an international customer with additional questions, please feel free to contact us at info@noellery.com. We will be happy to assist you.

U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (3-9 business days)*
Standard Shipping: $6.95 (will arrive 3-9 business days)
Express Shipping: $8.95 (will arrive 2-4 business days)
Overnight Shipping: $21.95 (will arrive next business day)**

*Free shipping offer is valid in the U.S. & Canada orders only. Free standard shipping offer is only applied if your order reaches $75 only. Promotional codes, taxes, and shipping charges do not count toward the free shipping offer.
**Orders for overnight shipping must be placed before 10AM to receive by the next day. All overnight purchases require a signature confirmation upon delivery.

CANADA ORDERS:

Free Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders over $75* (will arrive 3-9 business days)
Standard Shipping: $6.95 (will arrive 3-9 business days)
Express Shipping: varies by weight and destination (will arrive 3-5 business days)

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Standard Shipping: varies by weight and destination (will arrive 7-21 business days)\
Express Shipping: varies by weight and destination (will arrive 3-5 business days)

All of the above shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (excluding the weekend and holidays) from the date the order is placed and credit card authorization and verification has been obtained. Please allow up to 3 days for order to be processed.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sundays will be processed the following business day.
Orders that are placed during promotional periods may experience minimal delays, and you will be notified via email if that is the case.
All customers will receive an automated email notification with the respective tracking number once the order is processed and shipped.

We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, however Noellery.com is not responsible for conditions beyond our scope and control such as Federal Holidays, service interruptions, severe weather conditions, etc.
For all customers that elect for the standard shipping option, we are not responsible for any failure to deliver within the estimated time.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Noellery pieces! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at info@noellery.com for assistance and we will do our best to remedy it for you.
You may also bring the purchase in question with your receipt to any of our stores for processing.


Unworn and unaltered merchandise you would like to receive a one-time exchange or store credit for must be sent or brought back to Noellery Inc. within 7 business days of receipt of the product(s). Items must be in its original condition and packaging (all tags must be attached).

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges at any time.


If you are unable to visit any of our locations, please email us at info@noellery.com if it must be shipped back to our store. Due note that shipping fees cannot be refunded. Please email us for a return authorization request at info@noellery.com and include the reason for the exchange prior to shipping out the item.

Noellery is not responsible for return shipping and handling fees and/or lost returns. For this reason, we recommend that you use your own insured and trackable shipping method.

Once we are in receipt of your product(s), please allow approximately 14 days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your store credit or exchange has been processed.

If you are making an exchange for a different item, it is your responsibility to ship the item back to Noellery Inc. as indicated above. You will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment once we have processed your exchange.

If you have additional questions about your exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@noellery.com.

Note that damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted. Any exchange that does not meet the above criteria and the 7 day deadline will be sent back to the customer.



All gift cards and sold items are final sale and are not available for refund. No exceptions.

PAYMENT + ORDER

After submitting your payment information and your order is processed, an order confirmation page with the order number and respective tracking information will be provided vie e-mail. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the confirmation email, and print this page for your records.
If you have any questions or wish to check the status of your order, please provide this order number. Otherwise, you may check shipping status by clicking on the link provided in the confirmation page.

Additionally, if you are a registered customer with Noellery, you may find your order status by logging in anytime and clicking on "My Account".

Please note that occasionally items many be backordered or temporarily out-of-stock. You will be notified via email in either of these instances and will be provided with an updated approximated date of shipping. WE assure you that any shipping delays that may arise will be communicated to you at the time of your order.

Our online system currently allows for credit card and PayPal payments only. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@noellery.com.

The payment amount is authorized and held by your credit card issuer or PayPal account at the time you place your order. Your account will actually be charged at the time your order ships. Back-order items will not be charged until the item ships.

Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively. They must be applied prior to checkout and cannot be applied once the order has already been submitted.

Promotional codes cannot be combined. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

We ask that you carefully review your order before it is submitted. Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled.

We collect personally identifiable information through direct communications with you or whenever you interact with Noellery online through the website.

Purchasing products on the Noellery website.
Creating an account on the Noellery website.
Sharing information through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

We use personal information collected on our website primarily to create a better shopping experience for each and every customer and to keep you posted on the latest fashion jewelry and accessories arrivals and news.
Unless required by law, this information is never disclosed to third parties or our affiliates. We may disclose personal information with third parties of Noellery only where it is necessary for us to complete a transaction you authorized us to perform.

Yes, however we encourage you to register with us by entering your email address and creating your own password.
A registered customer will be kept posted on exclusive promotions, news, and events, and will be able to save time while shopping as it automatically fills in billing and shipping information you may wish to save.

You may still shop without creating an account, but you will have the option to create an account at the end of the checkout process to create a profile for future convenience.

MEMBERSHIP & REWARDS PROGRAM

The Noellery rewards program, Gems Insider, was created to reward our loyal customers for always shopping small with us!
Through the Noellery Gems Insider rewards program, customers will be able to earn points for each in-store and online purchase(s). These points can be applied at checkout or exchanged for special discounts.
As you earn points, customers will move up our membership tier and receive an exclusive discount that can be applied to any purchase.

To join the Gems Insider rewards program, all you need to do is create an account with us, which can be done online. All you need is your name and email address.
Already have an existing Noellery account? Simply sign in online to check your rewards and purchase receipts.

When you join our Noellery Gems Insider rewards program, you receive:

Points that can be redeemed and applied to any purchase, in-store or online
Exclusive membership tier discounts that can go towards in-store or online purchases
Promotional emails for the latest jewelry

You can earn points with each purchase you make or by completing several actions. You can earn points through signing up to our newsletter, following us on Instagram @shopnoellery, or submitting your birthday.

To redeem points, login with your Noellery account in order to access the rewards button located near the bottom of the screen on your desktop or mobile device. Select the 'Get Rewards' section to redeem your points or to exchange for a discount that can be applied to your order. The redeemed points or discounts will automatically appear and can be applied to checkout.

If you are shopping in-store, points must be redeemed online first before they can be applied to checkout.

Once we have linked your account to the in-store cart, the sale associate will be able to access your rewards and apply them to cart.

Discounts can only be used one at a time, they cannot be stacked.
Discounts and points cannot be applied once the transaction has gone through.

Points that you want to redeem and discount codes must be applied prior to checkout and cannot be applied once the order has already been submitted.

Just log in to your existing Noellery account and access the 'refer a friend' link through the Rewards page.
Copy and paste the link into your preferred messaging app and have your friend create an account using that link.
With each friend who creates an account through your referral link, you will receive 2,000 points that can be redeemed towards any future purchase.

Once your birthday has been added to your account, you will receive the respective points once your birthday arrives.

Make sure you provide us with the accurate date as it cannot be changed after.

REPAIR + SIZING

Currently, we are unable to repair jewelry at this time. However, if your jewelry breaks due to defect within 7 days of receipt, please contact us at info@noellery.com and let us know how it broke so that we can help resolve the issue.

Noellery.com wants to ensure that you order the proper ring size for the finger you are shopping for. Please refer to the Size Guide page for instructions and size chart.

Please contact us if you require any assistance in determining the perfect measurement for an item and we will be happy to provide that for you.

We do not do permanent jewelry at any of our locations.

We do not do ear piercings at any of our locations.
