Jewelry Care

To preserve the lifespan and brilliance of your jewelry pieces, please follow our tips:

  • Store your jewelry in an air tight bag or pouch we provide you with to protect it from banging against other pieces. Keeping your jewelry zip-locked will protect your gems from moisture and dust that help delay and prevent tarnishing.
  • Chemicals from body lotions, soaps, oils, perfumes, anything liquid can be hard on any plated jewelry and accelerate the metal decaying process. We recommend removing jewelry when washing hands, doing dishes, or showering. Let body or hand lotions, oils, or perfumes to dry completely before slipping on any plated jewelry. Our general rule of thumb is to put on your jewelry last when getting ready for the day.
  • When traveling with jewelry, carry your pieces in a sturdy jewelry travel case that will help you stay organized and prevent tangling. This will protect your pieces from being crushed, tangled, and scratched during transport. Keeping your jewelry well organized also makes it easier to keep track of the pieces you want to coordinate with your outfits.
  • If you own a lot of jewelry, we recommend investing in a soft jewelry cleaning cloth or liquid formula so you can polish up your jewels whenever it gets dull.
